Tyler Bolton

Founder and Co-CEO

Tyler Bolton serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Managers and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Tyler was a Co-Founder and Senior Vice President with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also served in various senior leadership positions with Continental Resources, Inc.

Tyler received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and a Minor in Geology from the University of Oklahoma in 2010.

Greg Boxer

Founder and Co-CEO

Greg Boxer serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Board Member and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Greg was a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also served in leadership positions with various companies including Goldman Sachs, American Energy Partners and Owl Rock Capital Partners.

Greg received a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College in 2007, where he was also a four-year member of the Men’s varsity ice hockey team.

Jeremy Fitzpatrick

Founder, EVP and General Counsel

Jeremy Fitzpatrick serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Board Member and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Jeremy was a Co-Founder, Senior Vice President and General Counsel with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also served in various senior leadership positions with RKI Exploration & Production, LLC, Kirkpatrick Oil Company and Slawson Exploration.

Jeremy is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2001 and a J.D from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004.

Zack Laird

Founder and COO

Zack Laird serves as Chief Operating Officer and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Zack was a Senior Vice President with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also served in leadership positions with various companies including RKI Exploration & Production, LLC, Continental Resources and Koch Industries.

Zack received a B.S. in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2005.

Son Hoang

Founder and CFO

Son Hoang serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Son was Vice President and Treasurer with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also served as Vice President with J.P. Morgan.

Son received a B.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2011.

Andy Broussard

Founder and CTO

Andy Broussard serves as Chief Technical Officer and is a Co-Founder of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Andy was a Vice President with Flywheel Energy, LLC and also worked in senior engineering positions with Devon Energy.

Andy received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2010 and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 2015.

Kyle Massie

Vice President

Kyle Massie serves as Vice President – Drilling & Completions of South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC.

Prior to South Wind, Kyle was Co-Founder and Managing Member of Stamper Drilling, LLC and also served in senior leadership positions with Red Bluff Resources, LLC and Devon Energy.

Kyle received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2003.
