South Wind Exploration & Production, LLC, established in 2025, is a private oil and natural gas exploration & production company, focused on the responsible development and operation of onshore U.S. oil & gas assets.  We are passionate about producing domestic oil & natural gas resources to meet the critical energy needs of the U.S.

South Wind is proudly headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK and the Company was formed with equity commitments from Kayne Private Energy Income Fund III, L.P., a fund managed by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. (“Kayne Anderson”), and members of the Company’s management team.
